AY to FG: Freeze the bank account of Boko Haram's sponsor now

Ace comedian, actor and movie producer, AY, whose real name is Ayo Makun, is asking the Federal Government of Nigeria to freeze the bank account of the sponsors of Boko Haram without delay; while questioning why they have not done that yet. He made this call on Twitter, recently.


"Abeg them don freeze the account of Boko Haram people wey kill innocent Nigerians for North? Abi dem need Daddy Freeze to help them with him deep freezer?" Ayo jokingly asked.

AY may just be throwing shades at the Buhari led government, after the bank accounts of some celebrities was allegedly recently frozen, for protesting against bad leadership in Nigeria.

AY,49, is a Warri brought up comedian. He learnt his trade from Ali Baba, a legend in the Nigerian comedy industry.

In a recent tweet, Cuppy, whose real name is Florence Otedola, gave out the clue that she was a lonely person at the moment. “Not me! It would be recalled that recently, the ‘Gelato’ crooner, accused Zlatan, who she featured on the song, of blocking her on his social media accounts. She felt so pained of being blocked by Zlatan, that she had to voice out. Zlatan however, has not replied her question yet, leading to rumours that both Cuppy and Zlatan, are not enjoying a rosy relationship at the moment.
