Dada Abubakar Congratulates Gov Obaseki, Shuabu And PDP Over Victory At Supreme Court

  A former PDP house of Assembly Candidate in 2019 General Election And A Frontline Politician in Edo State, Mallam Dada Abubakar has congratulated the Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, his Deputy, Comrade Philip Shuabu and the people’s Democratic Party, PDP over victory at the Supreme Court. Abubakar who described Obaseki’s victory as resounding also urged them to work for the benefit of Edo people. The Supreme Court on Friday struck out the appeal filed by the All Progressive Congress, APC over Alleged fake documents submitted to INEC during September 19, 2020 governorship election, which returned Godwin Obaseki of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as Governor of Edo State, for lacking in merit. The apex court in a unanimous judgment delivered by Justice Emmanuel Agim, said it found no reason to set-aside the concurrent judgments of the Federal High Court and the Court of Appeal in Abuja, which earlier dismissed the allegation that Obaseki tendered false credentials to the Inde

A Young girl gets caught After Giving A Baby hypo To Drink {Video}

An alarming number of Nigerian children are regularly being killed and used for ritual purposes by persons who ought to protect them, in the society.  As of yesterday, a young girl Identified as mmesoma has been nabbed after she gave a baby bleach to drink.  The girl when interviewed, Disclosed she was promised the sum of N20k by one Chisom to carry out the act. According to her, Chisom promised to give her the money after the baby has been confirmed dead. Mmesoma revealed that after she gave the baby hypo to drink, she and the baby's mother rushed to get a substance which would neutralise the effect of the substance. She admitted to knowing the baby’s mother,  but denied doing same thing to other babies under her care in the past. As of the time of filing this report, there has not been any Official statement recorded yet by police operatives. So far, a recent World Health Organisation report states that a high fraction of children, usually in their infancy age has been trafficked

  A young Nigerian lady has been badly brutalized by a group of young men for allegedly beating her boyfriend. In a video going viral on the social media, the lady could be heard crying for help as the men stripped her naked and beat her severely with wips. The unfortunate aspect of the whole thing is that her womanhood was not respected, beating her while naked and forced her to open her body. A voice could be heard from background saying, “you dey beat your boyfriend, pour am water" while she cried and begged for mercy. The issue of domestic violence against women in our society today have gone rampant as rape, acid attacks, molestation, wife beating, and corporal punishment are on the rise. See Video Below:

T he Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the South-South on Tuesday elected a new executive committee, with a vow to reclaim power at the centre in 2023. In the election which took place at Obi Wali Conference Centre, Port Harcourt, Chief Dan Orbih, who ran unopposed, emerged as the National Vice Chairman of the party in the zone. Other elected officers, who also did not have opponents, were Felix Omenu, Zonal Secretary; Anthony Ikuenobe, Financial Secretary; Evelyn Weke, Treasurer; George Turnah, Legal Adviser; Lloyd Owonaru, Youth Leader and Tessy Toru, Woman leader. Shocking: Children Thieves Apprehended For Theft, Robbery They Promises To Help The Police Track Other Culprits.{Video}

Four Children were arrested in connection with a rampant child theft and robbery in  Asoko, Ebutubuwa community, Delta state. In a video that went viral on different social media platforms, Two of the boys who were between the ages of 7-10 got arrested alongside two other younger children for the crime of stealing in their neighborhood. While speaking with the police, one of the children explained that they learnt how to steal from an adult who also sometimes led them into proper armed robbery by showing them how to use live ammunitions. He also promised to take the police to the special ammunitions hideout by the gangs while also disclosing the identity of some of the thieves known during the burst out Watch Video Below:

  A middle-aged man was arrested by the men of the Nigerian army, in possession of dead child's corpse packed inside a traveling bag. in a video that went viral online, the man who had been stripped naked with his hands tired behind his back was reportedly arrested after a suspicious movement led to him being thoroughly searched Angry mobs at the scene of the event were looking to take laws into their own hand after trying to lynch the man but their attempts were repelled by the military men. Hundreds of Thousands Swell Myanmar Protests Against Coup {Photos}

Anti-coup protesters in Myanmar clashed with police as hundreds of thousands joined nationwide pro-democracy demonstrations in defiance of the military government’s call to halt mass gatherings.
